Reservation Decision / Formal Request

To make a reservation based on the contents of the quotation, please call, fax, or e-mail us.

When making a reservation, we will need to confirm your departure date, name, and departure location, which we have quoted you.

We recommend that you contact us with the quotation in hand.

Once a reservation has been confirmed, a cancellation fee will be charged 14 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellations must be made on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We only accept cancellations by phone.

Sending of necessary documents

We will send you an application form, itinerary, and invoice for your reservation.

The documents will be sent to you by e-mail, fax, or mail.

Final confirmation

We will contact you for final confirmation at least one or two days prior to the departure date.

Please make a final confirmation of the charter bus company, driver name, emergency contact information, departure time, departure place, etc.

The chartered buses arranged by our company are covered by automobile insurance for accidents during operation. (coverage for bodily injury is 80 million yen or more and for property damage is 2 million yen or more). Automobile insurance covers only accidents that occur while passengers are on board. It does not cover accidents at places other than boarding the bus (sightseeing spots, places to stay, etc.).

We offer travel insurance to cover you in the event of an accident during your trip. The insurance covers the period from the start of the trip to the end of the trip (sightseeing spots, lodging, etc.).
